I am the VP of Sales and Marketing at a company that operates multiple e-commerce websites.

We were working hard to increase our brand awareness and online presence. We hired SEO.co to help with our organic rank strategy so that we could grow our bottom-line organic reach and website traffic.

Our engagement began with a discovery phase where they dove deep into our websites that we wanted to rank for, audited them, and looked for keywords that would be good potential targets. From there, they helped strategize and create a plan of action that would help us systematically increase our organic rank for those keywords. They also helped us with our own internal on-site SEO optimization strategy and have provided monthly targets, potential articles, and then links to those articles when published.

We worked with 3 people from their team. One managed our account from their billing department making sure we stayed on budget, the second was in charge of link building strategy and content creation, and the third strategist helped us with our own on-site SEO optimization strategy.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since starting, we have seen consistent growth with our organic rank making it into the top ten for 12+ keywords in a relatively short period of time. Our overall site traffic has continued to steadily increase as we have continued with their services.

They communicate mostly via email, with calls as necessary. They are always on-time with their deliverables, and readily available if I have any questions or concerns that need answering.

I felt that their overall level of professionalism and expertise were top-notch. We have greatly improved our overall SEO strategy from top to bottom, learning from them as they work within our industry and help us to achieve our goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are consistently delivering what we are paying for and expect. We haven't had any complaints to this point.
