I’m the director of London Heating Solutions; we deal in plumbing and heating.

What challenge were you trying to address with SEO in Motion?

We wanted to improve the traffic to my website and obtain more clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SEO in Motion mainly does SEO and takes care of everything regarding it. They did a bit of research, and came back to me with suggested keywords in my area and industry — they ran them past me and they sounded good .

We are still discussing whether to make changes to the website, do blog posts, or backlinking — they've made some recommendations on what to invest in more.

We only work with Sally (Digital Marketing Manager).

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website has improved, and engagements have increased. SEO in Motion reviews what we were getting before and what we are getting now, and we've seen how it's slowly helping to build a better website for our company.

How did SEO in Motion perform from a project management standpoint?

They're always on time — everything I've asked for is always ready sooner than expected. For communication, we use email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The depth of knowledge of the industry is outstanding — I could tell they're experts because they know exactly what they're talking about.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — I'm completely satisfied with their work.
