I'm the CEO of a marketing company. We provide customized and scalable SEO services designed to deliver measurable results for home service businesses. We focus on map, organic, and AI search in a scalable model for our partners.

We needed SEO Brothers to bring a strategic approach for organic SEO and brand authority.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SEO Brothers provides technical on-page SEO, backlink building, and SEO content development. The team has also worked on schema markup, metadata, H tags, content structure, citations, and guest posts with three anchors and 900–1,000 words of text per backlink.

We work with 6–10 teammates from SEO Brothers.

We found SEO Brothers through an online search. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with SEO Brothers in June 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SEO Brothers' work has resulted in organic and map rankings, as well as traffic and call increases. We've seen an average 300% increase in traffic and calls. The team has also achieved organic rankings on the top pages for priority keywords in 6–12 months.

How did SEO Brothers perform from a project management standpoint?

SEO Brothers' project management is top-notch. The team is always on time and goes above and beyond. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SEO Brothers' quality is top-level. Their communication is the best in the industry. The team is transparent with deliverables and timelines to get to the goals for client strategies. Overall, their transparent deliverables, reporting, and results are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing SEO Brothers could improve on. They're better than another SEO company we've worked with.

We have SEO Brothers handle the bulk of our ongoing client SEO campaigns. Our goals were to outperform local competitors in organic search and increase overall client visibility.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were referred to me by an industry colleague.

We started with a robust plan to onboard several client accounts and the SEO brothers team went out of their way to accomodate several requests that I made during this process. From there, they did a thorough analysis of each client campaign and delivered a roadmap outlining the plan for each one.

2 Primary people. One on the sales team and another dedicated project manager

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Deliverables are still a work in progress in terms of the customization of reports, but they have been very willing to make subtle changes to their processes to accommodate my needs.

We communicate primarily via Slack which seems to work very well. They are timely in the replies to questions or requests. We also have a bi-weekly zoom call to ensure things are moving in the right direction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their SEO process is quite involved and I appreciate the ongoing feedback from our project manager, Lynelle. She seems organized and on top of each campaign. Ryan has also been a great resource for me and has continually emphasized the partnerhsip aspect of this initiative vs. what I have experienced at other outsourced companies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they could improve the overall scope of their offerings to include focus in areas of SEO beyond websites. We have had several conversations about this and they are in the process of rolling services out as a result of ongoing dialogue.

We hired SEO brothers as an SEO outsourcing partner to help perform one-time audits & recommendations of client sites.

They came highly recommended from a colleague of mine.

The scope of work included a site-wide audit including keyword mapping for high-value pages, meta recommendations, and content review & recommendations.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I primarily worked with an account executive and another individual who I believe to be a seo strategist, but may have been an individual who simply coordinated between the two.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As an SEO myself, I did have to go back and request revisions to the audits; sometimes on multiple occasions. For the most part, these requests were actioned right away. I would have done things differently, as I shared with the SEO brothers team.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their first delivery was on time for each audit I had performed. They primarily communicated through their web portal. Unfortunately, they do not seem to want to communicate via the phone despite multiple requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is clear they have refined processes for handling clients; most companies have difficulty meeting deadlines and that was not the case for SEO brothers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like to see audits have a manual component to them. The tools they use are flawed and resulted in multiple revision requests. The noting of the audits could have been better as well because some perfectly reasonable explanations were provided for actions taken during the audit, but they were not noted on the audit form.
