We were referred to Larry at SEO After Coffee by a client. We needed someone to stay on top of our SEO and to do work on our Website for better conversions. The main goal was web traffic that converted.

We were referred by a client of ours that was using Larry up in Washington State. They were having great results on Google searches bringing in clients for them. He also used some Sale Funnel knowledge for Landing pages on products they were showing over Social Media.

SEO After Coffee first did a Complete Website Audit and also an SEO Audit. He started monitoring Google Analytics to see what our visitors were doing when coming to the site. He also works on our Google My Business, keeping it updated and fresh. The big surprise was the Landing Pages with SEO. His design skills are top-notch. Even though he specializes in SEO, he has tons of website design and development experience from his past.

Larry and one assistant. He handles everything for our project(s) and is fast at communicating with my staff and me. There are no waiting days to hear back.

We have seen a large rise in website visitors from the SEO campaign. We are starting to see more conversions with things he has done with our website. H

They laid out a campaign flowchart, explained everything in laymen's terms. He keeps me updated with reports and suggestions on what we need to do next. Email, Texting, and Phone have been fast communication methods. Larry is very fast in responding to our questions and concerns.

The Communication Funnel Larry commits to is fantastic!!. I've had vendors before where I've waited hours and even days before hearing back from them. Not Larry!! A+ on communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

He needs to expand his staff. He is very busy and I think he could use some more help.

We recover Aerospace Grade Carbon Fiber at ambient conditions without any degradation to the fibers' strength or stiffness. The recovered fibers are in “chopped strand” form, supplied at lengths specified by customer and product requirements. These fibers can be used to manufacture parts that could serve the automobile, sporting, wind turbine, construction, electrical, and electronics industries where weight savings and mechanical performance are important. I'm the CFO and on the Board of Directors.

They started working with us on SEO on our old website, which held us back due to lack of content and other factors that we needed for better rankings. We asked SEO After Coffee to bid on redesigning our website and continuing the SEO work. Larry helped us write more content and the use of social media, etc.

We were lucky to have Larry. on our full project. He was very easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had with fast responses. He is the Owner.

We are ranking on the first page in Kansas and most of the lower 48 states. He is working on the ones we are not quite on the top page of. No complaints about our website from anyone. A+ work.

Detailed and on it! Communication was excellent using both the phone and email, timelines were met.

I found SEO Coffee Cup by dumb luck. As a veteran, I often look for veteran-owned businesses, and on the day I was searching I remember typing in SEO and veteran-owned businesses, and this company rose to the top. After reading the reviews I gave them a call and a real human being answered! After a few minutes of conversation what I appreciated was their straight forward approach to both process and pricing as well as the terms of the agreement.

The project, or so I thought, was to merely engage in SEO services to ensure my business was able to rise in the Google rankings. In working with SEO Coffee Cup what I learned is that landing pages, blog articles, keywords as well as registering my business with Google and creating a Google page in where I could link my blogposts was what I needed. I literally didn't know what I didn't know.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success! Absolutely. Within two months my business had landing pages in five different states and I went from ranking on page 5 of Google to pages 1, 2, and 3 in different locations. SEO Coffee Cup has delivered OUTSTANDING results and is extremely customer-focused. The best part? The owner is a man of his word and goes above and beyond. I am so honored by his dedication to ensuring my business gains the visibility I have long desired.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is open and honest. I receive direct reports, I know I can schedule a call to talk with them if I have a concern and can usually talk to someone within 24 hours, and I've also asked them to look at other technical tools I have considered implementing, and they've always been willing to not only look but provide me their feedback. It absolutely does not get better than this.

The results. Actions speak louder than words - and the results my company has experienced from the work of SEO Coffee Cup have exceeded my expectations.

Website that I built using Weebly. Nothing fancy. I turned it over to SEO After Coffee to fix it so I would be ranked on Google. They did some rewriting of my content, moved around some images, added some pages and started a blog and social media plan for me.

SEO After Coffee dived right in on the project, kept me updated on what was going on at the time with the project. He even taught me things I could do to help my company rankings. Always called back within a 1/2 hour if not minutes!

SEO After Coffee is located in his home which I know some people have a problem with but it has worked fine for me. He comes to see me, we meet at a coffee shop and I have been to his home office to go over images and Video Production. SEO After Coffee has started with building me a nice parent-friendly and child-friendly website. It is a small website with only 5 pages and 4 forms. He set up the accounts I needed for everything and started doing things to make my website show up on Google. We came in on page 18 but Larry has me up to page 3 already and on my way to the first page.

I'm watching my website climb up the search engine pages. I'm also getting traffic to the website using social media which Larry does great at. Everyone loves my website. Right now everything is right on the timeline.
