Seller Interactive has supported the brand since its early stages accomplishing accelerated sales growth through PPC and brand campaigns, Amazon's search optimization, A+ Store creation, listing and content creation, and much more. They are also very efficient at managing reviews and brand health, as well as fixing any Amazon's issues with listings, Brand Store, and more.

After interviewing with a few similar companies I chose them because of their experience and overall know-how, their ability to suggest and provide short and log-term strategies, their wide availability and fast response promise (which they deliver), and other added values such as content creation and review management.

Brand A+ store and enhanced content creation, optimized listing management, efficient PPC achieved through knowledgeable targeting and keywords testing providing consistently decreasing ACoS, incremental positive reviews on all my parent sku's (AVG 4.5 stars). Overall, they've demonstrated they know what they're doing, and my business has grown exponentially because of Seller Interactive's know-how and account management high standards.

I work with a senior account management team that includes experts in customer service/management, content creatives, and PPC/SEO experts, among others.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Main goals were : lower ad spend, increase sales, and brand enhancement. Seller Interactive delivered. The PPC spend was cut in half in the first 5 months; brand health is over average: EBC and Brand Store was set up and is maintained neatly and professionally: revenue increase was too good to tell. Proof of customer satisfaction is having a 4.5 star average, returning customers, and consistency in sales increase.

Impeccable. They will reply to email very fast, and are always available to organize meetings when needed. All communications are channeled through one main point of contact, with permanent backups in case they are needed. All other management and operational areas are always kept in the loop of current activities and deliverables.

Their applied know-know, customer service, and results-oriented approach are impeccable.

We are exploring together alternative markets overseas for out-of-season growth. I'm happy with them.
