I've tried several agencies over the years, they were another one that seemed to have experience with supplements.

They were to manage all aspects of my Amazon account, from monitoring inventory, to handling customer service, to PPC. Most of the work for my business is the PPC.

What was the team composition?

They had assigned me an account rep, but over the 9 months they rolled through several.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After 9 months, my sales are down 20% YoY.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was pretty terrible. Requests I made were unanswered, only to find out I had another rep assigned. I think they take the $1000/mo from me and hire someone in the Philippines for half that.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to not retain staff and their ability to ignore my requests.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

You pay in advance for their service, and when I cancelled with 30 day notice, they ceased all service immediately even after they charged me their monthly fee for the upcoming month. Then they spent 2 weeks telling me I would get a refund, only to finally get ghosted. Dishonorable theives.
