What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Projects were finally executed after Mchale and Alexis took over my work. The previous account reps actually weren't that helpful--I wasn't able to schedule meetings with them and kept getting new account reps who needed onboarding on my account over and over again. 

I want to be honest and say that I am sticking with Amazon Seller Interactive because I truly like the team I am working together with now, especially these two. I finally got the support I need, and I'm very happy with their initiative and work.

Some of the team members weren't exactly delivering on time because the team is quite big and a lot of them rely on one another to deliver different deliverables, so I understand when we can't meet deadlines timely. For the most part, I do feel at the very least my account is well taken care of and prioritized. I think that's most important.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're driven and have the willingness to take on and look for initiatives that would help my business improve.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Seller Interactive could have done differently?

I personally am a very data-driven person so it would have been nice to have a dashboard to access analytics or a project management tool to organize and coordinate deadlines and communications better across teams. I think it is very redundant for the account reps to reiterate what I say to the rest of the team and if a new account rep gets onboarded, they often are lost once again and don't know what's going on with the account. Also, sometimes messages and information/feedback can easily get lost. 

A project management tool would be great so I can respond to the feedback of other teams more directly or at least messages don't get lost. Right now, we have a better method by using the comments feature on google drive but we also keep storing all the projects, files, docs, and sheets in different folders that I also may not have access to. It would be great to be more centralized.

We also were able to create a brand store with A+ content in a short period of time facing many obstacles. Seller Interactive showed up in an email. We have talked and had interviews with many companies like Seller Interactive but none seemed the same. Seller Interactive is different and takes the time to really make sure the goals that are set together are met to the best of their ability. The price is also very reasonable for any company to start with and scale their current business. And I must include that you will get what you paid for. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We had an initial kick off meeting where we would discuss my business and the current goals we have. From here, a much larger and detailed objective list was created by Seller Interactive and the steps included to how we would go about and accomplish each goal and the estimated time period for each. All I had to do from my end was provide basic content and information for Seller Interactive to work their magic.

We first started off by optimizing the images and text in each listing. Next, we aimed to get those products approved in the brand store and create a brand store from scratch. During this process Amazon ads were being ran to reach new customers and capitalize on new sales. By the end of our objectives we now have optimized amazon listings with beautiful graphics and illustrations within an amazing and easy to use Amazon Brand Store with all A+ content. I believe various technologies were used behind the scenes to create beautiful content and for product research and keyword research.

We had one project manager for our main point of contact and worked with at least 2 backend developers and designers behind the scenes to optimize the Amazon text, photos, and keywords and also for advertising within Amazon.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the listing optimizations and creating a brand store we are noticing a steady increase in sales and customer reach through our amazon ads. It is very noticeable that are sales are only continuing to pick up and the ads are really converting. I believe the updated images and text has made a big improvement for new buyers because of how nice and laid out the information and images are.

The project management style was very structured and organized. We used google docs to share any content and approve of any content changes and information. We also used email heavily back and forth multiple times per week and sometimes per day. The response time and getting back to any questions is absolutely amazing - Super fast and professional!

I enjoyed how interested and motivated they were to really help us reach our goals. They help you set goals and also accomplish these goals. They will keep you motivated and on your toes to provide them with any information that could benefit the listing that they are working on. Truly the best I've ever worked with in any category for company services. They are on their game and I am very thankful to have came across Seller Interactive on my entrepreneurial Journey.

Personally, I could not find a flaw in this company that could use any improvement. Each member of Seller Interactive is extremely professional and are experts in which they do. I am the Director of eCommerce in a small online retailer based in the UK. We sell a range of tobacco accessories and house hold goods in multiple markets and sales channels. We have recently entered the North American market focusing mainly on Amazon and website sales for new growth.

After successfully growing our UK Amazon sales, we launched in the US. However, after 6 months our sales volumes were just not increasing like we had planned and we were being lost in a sea of competition. As a small company we did not have the resources to hire someone full time to work on our Amazon listings and this is where Seller Interactive stepped in. First they set out a detailed road map plan of action for the first 6 months. This was clear and allowed us to see what we were paying for. After a bumpy start with an account manager that left early unfortunately, SI quickly assigned a new manager for us and he has been excellent. They redesigned the images, re rewrote the copy and mapped out a advertising campaign for us.

When all of this was put together, it drives good results.

Our sales have doubled month on month for the last 4 months. In the last 6 months we have grown more then the point we thought would be good to aim for when we first started this so that has absolutely exceeded expectations and we look forward to seeing where we can be in another 6 months.

Our project is managed completely remotely and to be honest has gone very smoothly. I put this down to our account manager personally, he takes the time to always respond to me on the same day. Communication is very important to us to make sure we are all on the same page, and they do this well. We use Zoom and email to communicate on a daily basis.

Their in-depth knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem is critical in the project's success. Its not the most user friendly platform for sellers but SI break it down and take the stress away.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would value a service added if they could look at our exisiting products being sold and actively told us which other markets they think would be beneficial to enter. If there are any similar products to what we are selling that they think would be good for us to source and start selling etc. If they did this on top of what they are already doing, I would stay longer with SI and together we all would do more business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seller Interactive is entirely in charge of our Amazon channel — they manage our Amazon listings and track all of our orders, inventory, and claims. They’re also in charge of running ad campaigns and promotions on Amazon and tracking which campaigns perform the best so we could make the necessary changes on our other campaigns.

Aside from that, they’ve done an A/B test to see which search words pull up our listings the best. They’ve also given our listings a makeover by uploading new product images and creating new infographics for our products.

We’ve seen an increase in our sales and keyword rankings. Aside from that, the aesthetics of our listings improved significantly, and they’re able to successfully navigate all claims and returns on our Amazon shop.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Seller Interactive to handle our SEO and PPC work and manage our ad campaigns. They’re primarily responsible for making sure that the keywords that we use on our Amazon product listings are optimized.

Aside from that, they’re also responsible for contacting our customers regarding any issues with our products or with their shipments. They take care of our customer reviews and send emails to our customers to make sure that they’re satisfied with our products.

Seller Interactive also manages the photos on our product listings. I send them pictures of our products and they work on enhancing and editing them so we can use them on our listings.

Additionally, they produce video content, which we use for our marketing initiatives. So far, they’ve produced four videos: one of each of our products and another one that featured all three products. The videos show how the products work as well as some client testimonials clips.

We’ve seen an increase in our ROI and unit sales per month and an improvement in our organic sales. Our PPC costs are lower as well. 

Overall, our metrics look much better than before, and we’re expecting to see more improvements as we work together.

So far we have over doubled our sales on Amazon only a few months in. Based on the results of similar brands they've worked with, we expect to grow our Amazon sales 10x this year with SI.
