We were referred to Segment and they took part in our RFP process. We liked their pricing and felt they were the best fit.

Segment ran an audit on our web and blog properties to evaluate any SEO gaps. Then they created and implemented a plan of action to fix tech issues facing the site. Our strategist also created a keyword and content marketing plan for us to reach more decision makers.

We worked with a developer and strategist.

Segment’s strategy helped grow our website visits and lead gen efforts.

They use Asana which allows us to see what tasks they are working on for us. It’s a neat tool they have in place for us to track progress.

They are very knowledgeable on different digital marketing methods. We’ve engaged with agencies in the past, but Segment has been more open about their processes and reporting!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership with Segment. The team has been a pleasure to work with!

I am Customer Service Director. Our company focuses on cleaning medical facilities as well as Construction final cleaning. I also do some IT for the company as well.

We talked and had several meetings about what our goals were as stated by the owner. Segment SEO made sure to take all these into consideration and came up with a plan that would satisfy all of our needs. They helped us with keyword research, website renovation, Blog writing, email campaigns, social media campaigns, back links and performed an analysis of our competitors.

We worked directly with the owner who is an SEO specialist.

Since working with them they have increased the number of calls we have received from prospective customers as well as given us a deeper understanding of what is going on with our website.

They’ve been great at exceeding our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly communicate through email and telephone. We have a weekly conference call with both of our teams to keep everyone on the same page.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have used Segment SEO for about a year and a half. They have consistently given us top quality service and have helped our website tremendously. They are knowledgeable of all the latest SEO trends and have been a breath of fresh air to work with. Why I’m writing this review is because not only are they exceptionally knowledgeable but they care about their customers.
