Everything started with an initial consultation where we discussed company's brand identity, vision, values, and design preferences. We also showed them the designs created by the previous Logo designer that we worked with. After a few days of research and concept development, they presented us with a with a wide range of logo concepts, accompanied by explanations of their design rationale for each concept. There were a few revision requests that were accommodated in timely fashion.

The website was delivered to us on time and our inhouse team very much liked the work they did for our website. It was a functional website with all the necessary details about us. We also heard some amazing feedback from our stakeholders and existing clients.

They were active on Emails and Skype. We also had some calls on Google meets. They used a PMS tool called Basecamp to manage the overall project and communication. They were quick in responding to our queries and feedback.
