I am the manager of La Fabrique Sport Santé

• La Fabrique Sport Santé is a fitness and health centre built around one idea: training should improve your health, not just your performance. Our coaching team works with members of every level, from people getting back into exercise to experienced athletes.
• We offer open gym access, group classes, personal coaching and health assessments. Our plans range from independent access to fully coached programmes with monthly check-ins, personalised training and nutrition planning.
• Members manage their membership, book sessions and get into the centre through our own mobile app, so everything from booking to the front door happens on their phone.

La Fabrique Sport Santé is a fitness and health centre in Tarbes. Seeklient Technologies built three things for us, starting in [month year]: our management system, our website lafabriquesportsante.fr, and our member app on iOS and Android. In the CRM we manage members, subscriptions, staff, programmes and permissions. 
Memberships are billed by SEPA direct debit or card. Members book classes, coaching sessions and health assessments, and the front desk answers emails from inside the admin. 
With the app, members book sessions and open the door with a QR code. Badges work too, through the door access system Seeklient connected to the CRM.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our day-to-day now runs in one system: memberships, payments, bookings and door access. 
Monthly billing runs by SEPA direct debit, without manual collection. 
Members book and get in with their phone. Our own app is live on the App Store and Google Play, under our name.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Seeklient showed us working versions early, so we could test with our own team and adjust before launch. They handled everything themselves, door hardware included, so we only ever had one contact. When we need a change, they answer quickly and get it done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything is connected. A member signs up, pays by SEPA, books a class and opens the door with the same app, and we see all of it in one place. For a centre our size, having our own app on the App Store under our name, with a system built around how we actually work, puts us on another level.

The International Luta Livre Federation (ILLF) is the global governing body for the Brazilian grappling martial art. It acts as the central authority by standardizing belt rankings, managing a global network of certified academies, and organizing the international Luta Livre Series tournaments.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We started working with Khaled & Seeklient Technologies team in November 2025 to design and build our custom platform for the International Luta Livre Federation (ILLF), lutalivrefederation.com, and to maintain it after launch. The scope covered:

- A public website in English, French and Brazilian Portuguese, with a directory of affiliated clubs on an interactive globe, our championships and events with online registration, an official merchandise shop, a blog and a document library. 
- A back office where federation officials approve clubs, certify coaches and rule on belt promotions. A portal where each club manages its own coaches and athletes. 
- A live scoring console we use at our competitions. 

New clubs keep joining, and the federation’s network already spans five continents. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• In our first year we onboarded 90+ affiliated clubs in 18 countries across five continents, plus hundreds of athletes, and new members join every day.
• Participation in our events has grown since registrations moved onto the platform. It’s simple to use and available in English, French and Brazilian Portuguese.
• Club affiliations, coach certifications and belt promotions are handled online, in one back office.
• Our competitions are scored live on the platform’s own scoring console, and our official merchandise sells through the same site. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

• Project management was simple and fast. We work directly with Khaled, Seeklient’s founder, so there are no intermediaries: we explain what we need to the person who builds it.
• Delivery was quick from the start, and features arrived on time or early. What we value most is how they handle urgent requests. A federation has peak moments, like registration deadlines, championship weekends and live scoring on competition days, and Seeklient is always available when it counts. Urgent requests are usually handled the same day, often within the hour.
• Communication is clear, and the platform keeps improving as the federation grows.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• What impressed us most is how much the platform does while staying simple. It handles club affiliations, coach certifications, belt promotions, events, live scoring and an online shop. Yet our club owners and coaches, many of them not technical at all, find their way around it without help.
• The design is the other standout. The platform looks premium and gives the federation a professional, credible image with clubs and partners.
• Seeklient also thinks ahead and often suggests features before we ask. On the human side, they have been patient, responsive and professional throughout. It’s rare to get design, engineering and communication at this level from one company. With Seeklient, the whole package is there.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Seeklient Technologies could have done differently?

Nothing major. Our only regret is not starting with them sooner.
