I am the CEO of Arctic Health

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

I'm CEO of Arctic Health (YC P26). I previously led teams at Instacart and Scale AI. 

Arctic Health is an AI healthcare services company that provides healthcare operations services for clinics and hospitals. Our primary service is contracting and credentialing. 

I've worked with SeedInov on projects for Arctic Health and for previous projects, including Thespian, an AI-driven rehearsal app for actors.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire SeedInov to accomplish?

• Build a custom application for actors to rehearse with an AI scene partner, utilize a teleprompter, and record a scene

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

SeedInov supported in the build of the end-to-end application Thespian (https://thespianapp.com/), including full setup of infrastructure, back-end hosting, AI voice agent implementation, and live AI conversational logic. 

SeedInov also built the end-to-end physician recommendation app (not publicly available), advising on the AI infrastructure and setup and completing and hosting the build. They also helped solve some tricky authentication problems with a third-party platform and communicated clearly and led the way with recommendations. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Both apps were taken live end-to-end, and together have hundreds of live users supported today. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Both projects were delivered on-time. The team was punctual and scheduled regular meetings for updates. They communicated proactively when problems needed to be solved and came with recommendations and tradeoffs. Since 2024, their team has significantly improved through the addition of AI training experts and a QA team. The QA team especially stands out. In the early days we had to QA their work each time they launched. Now, they provide custom QA support for each improvement they make, and send a report with testing results and feedback. This catches bugs before I ever have to and ensures quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sham's problem-solving capabilities are legendary. He has built many AI applications and knows the many tradeoffs for efficiency, performance, and speed. Their QA process is also fantastic to ensure quality.
