I’m the director of The Tervo Company, a street art consultancy, curation, and project management company.

What challenge were you trying to address with SecondsEdge?

We needed SecondsEdge to build an integrated system for our company to assist us during a period of rapid growth.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SecondsEdge has created custom AI agents to act as executive assistants, graphic designers, and financial advisors, among other roles. These agents help us grow without the immediate burden of hiring staff and ensure we have robust systems for onboarding new staff as the company grows. The team has also created a knowledge hub for AI to access and act as in-person support for developing tools. The AI agents handle calendars, tasks, and executive support for staff. They also analyze and interpret meeting transcripts to build a knowledge bank and develop in-depth industry reports. Additionally, the agents generate optimized marketing strategies and analyze financial data to provide advice.

We started working with SecondsEdge in March 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SecondsEdge’s work has reduced the cognitive load for our staff, increased productivity, sped up turnaround times for clients, and improved our financial planning and insights. We’ve also seen a reduction in our external advice costs, such as accountants, and a postponed need for hiring in a critical time of growth for our company. For example, we’ve reduced approximately $75,000 per year in hiring new staff, $900 in monthly accounting advice costs, and $3,200 in web development costs. Our turnaround times have dropped from 1–2 days to 1–2 hours with the support of AI assistants, and our reports turnaround times have dropped from two weeks to one day due to systems that capture ongoing information input as it’s created.

I’ve been assigned a single team member as my point of contact, so I can build a meaningful professional relationship and be confident that they understand my unique needs. The team is willing and enthusiastic to meet at the times that are most suitable for me and in the modes that are most conducive to the stage of the project. Their communication is clear, honest, and aligned with my technical knowledge, ability, and time constraints. They’ve delivered on time with all stages of the project, often exceeding my expectations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SecondsEdge’s personal approach is impressive. AI and tech, while exciting and fast-paced, can often lose the human component. My work is outside of the tech sphere, but I rely on it to help my company succeed. Having a single point of contact with James (CEO) who understands my company and my needs has allowed me to speak plain English and focus on growing my company, with the confidence that he’s an expert in AI and tech and can build systems tailored to my needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. They’ve exceeded my expectations in many ways.
