We generally manage the project through Monday.com and typically communicate on Skype.

We are having face to face meetings and virtual meetings. The work flow is quite transparent.

Found them through google. Talked to the owner and looked at the projects they had done.

Develop website from scratch. Implement product selection logic and add customer database.

I talked to the owner and one lead developer. Probably 3-4 people worked on the site.

The site went live ON TIME (which was critical for us) and I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

I worked closely with the developer on providing direction and guidance. Communicated primarily on email, sometimes on phone calls. Their timeliness is impressive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Open and honest communication, and their understanding how critical the launch was for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I did not have a reason to complain.
