BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Back in 2019 I was acting as a Chief Marketing Officer at a foodtech startup company on a mission to inspire the global community to adopt a healthier and more sustainable diet by developing innovative solutions for simple, enjoyable food preparation. Our first first product in the market is MILLO, the world's smartest, quietest and safest blender, designed to fit our busy lifestyles.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Scuare - production house?

back in 2019 together with MILLO team we were on the roadshow visiting different exhibitions in different countries of the world. We needed to capture the moments and make a recap-testimonial movie , which would showcase the roadshow and the most remarkable moments from the awards show.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a short testimonial-recap video dedicated for social media channels. It was rather an emotional video showcase of the trip we have done together with a team.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Since I had a fruitful previous experience with Scuare and we had literally no time to select from other vendors (Startup life), so we ended up on a call with Laurynas (CEO of the company) and he was more than glad to support us during the product.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

The vendor was in charge of production: filming, animation. Strategy and the initial brief was delivered by the client. They would quickly allocate resources, set up the team, that is supposed to film specific shots and after it is done in a week they would deliver the requested result.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

From the vendors side the was always only one responsible to keep the smooth communication going. We would communicate instantly using the social media channels. The vendor was quick in responses and actions.

The project manager was really effective with communication and planning of the project. Deliveries were always on time and within the budget.
