I shared this feedback with their team, and they were very receptive, which speaks to their commitment to continuously refining their process.

I’m the senior director of brand and creative at Mixbook, a consumer products and services company. We’re rated number one in photo books and make storytelling fun with intuitive tools and the largest collection of customizable templates to bring memories to life.

What challenge were you trying to address with Screenbridge?

We wanted to drive upper funnel performance by testing new creative formats for CTV, YouTube, and social media to test and learn quickly.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to try a different approach to testing CTV and social media with three distinct creative spots that met our business objectives while keeping the brand, seasonality, and key insights in mind. Each creative was focused on a key objective while taking a unique, single-minded approach across key differentiators and seasonality.

We worked with 1–2 teammates from Screenbridge.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because of their expertise in CTV, creative aptitude, collaborative team, ease of setup, and quick turnaround.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We looked at engagement, traffic, and new customers. These iterative, quick-turnaround creatives performed on par with higher production creative and gave us the opportunity to try different approaches and messaging more quickly at a lower cost. We learned that leaning into our differentiation is key.

How did Screenbridge perform from a project management standpoint?

We were able to set up and launch within the same month — it was scrappy without compromising creative quality. Screenbridge was quick to respond and deliver. We communicated via email and their platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provided options, exploration, and ideas. They were a pleasure to work with, super accommodating, and knowledgeable about best practices. They had the ability to turn around feedback quickly and keep platforms and best practices in mind. Their collaborative approach was impressive; they really wanted the client and creative to be a success.
