I only had initial plan of what I need, which I wrote as notes about the pet donation website. They used my notes to create an extensive document describing the whole project in details. including software requirement, webpage design, logo, back-end systems. Work was done very professionally, with high quality. Their communication was easy and straight forward. I took advantage of their advice on multiple occasions, which improved the website significantly. They managed to do it in the required time frame with little support from my side.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Progress was done on specified milestones we set. One milestone per week followed by review on my side before approval.

Everything was on time. Management was also very good, even considering the fact that I did not participate much in the process.
