Success Story 
VisualNest developed a technology solution to enhance LNG trading and risk management. The LNG Leadtime tool optimized portfolios and vessel nominations, replacing inefficient Excel spreadsheets. The platform offered detailed intelligence to determine the next commercial move for vessels. 
The Challenge  
With the growing volume of trading activities, the existing LNG applications were no longer sufficient to support our client’s business. The manual processes required updates of multiple related deals in heavy spreadsheets, resulting in errors and incorrect position reporting.  
The Solution 
VisualNest developed the LNG Leadtime tool that supports the creation and transfer of information to the counterparty to fulfill contractual obligations related to delivery windows, loading and discharge port, vessel, quantity, LNG quality, etc.  
The entire ecosystem of tools supports the everyday operations of the energy traders. The digitalized funnel calculates when and where the LNG shipment will reach the buyer and what will be the quality and quantity of the LNG cargo. It also tracks the route of the LNG carrier, at which terminal it will be unloaded, and at what time.    
The vessel estimation functionality allows charterers to calculate different vessel deal scenarios to help maximize profits. The solution has also provided logistical functionality which supports the operational processes for managing LNG vessels and cargos.

Our client, part of a multinational telco corporation, needed to rapidly ramp up engineering resources and business-critical expertise to upgrade their existing native B2C self-care mobile application portal. We built a user portal where customers can pay their bills, recharge their vouchers, manage invoices, check monthly data usage, and manage a plethora of additional services. 
The Client 
Our client has the largest mobile network in Bulgaria, which brings technology and connectivity together.  
The Challenge  
The greatest challenge for the transformation of the B2C native mobile apps was to upgrade and expand the functionalities of the self-care mobile application portal without interrupting the service.  
The Solution 
Our team delivered integration with numerous subsystems, work patterns, and rules and redesigned existing components, turning the portal into a new focal point for customer interaction. 
We went through a total redesign of the whole native mobile app, migrated it to new and modern architecture and technologies, and developed new features and functionalities in parallel.

They partnered with VisualNes to create one of the first neobanks in the region and deliver a customer-centric, digital-only banking experience.

Our client is a leading Middle Eastern financial services company giving investors and traders tools to capitalize on their funds via a feature-rich digital platform.  
The Challenge 
The client identified a market demand for a digital bank catering to consumers who don't have their needs met locally. They needed to extend their financial services company to a fully digital bank. 
The Solution 
To ensure maximum collaboration and transparency across a very large and scaling team, we adopted the Spotify agile model. It made long-term planning easier and led to increased productivity across the board. 
We leveraged our expertise in mobile development for all platforms and performed backend integrations with SaaS solutions. We also took part in the automation of QA processes and in designing interactive user interfaces based on our in-depth UX research. Our team also took an active part in the transformation of data into actionable information and in the client’s security architecture strategy and delivery while employing technologies from various tech stacks. 
We provided proof of controls, project management and risk management to help our client pass audits in a regulated environment.

### Virtual Assistant App for a European Lottery
Success Story 
To create an omni-channel experience for an established European betting and gaming organization, VisualNest developed a virtual assistant application. The newly launched native iOS and Android apps helped the lottery maximize revenue by reaching more players and by providing increased brand exposure through impeccable UX.

Our client is a European National Lottery, established in the first half of the twentieth century and is among the oldest and most popular gaming and betting organizations across the continent.  
The Solution 
Starting a five-year collaboration, the VisualNest team and the National Lottery worked on fully transforming the legacy mobile solution, which had very limited capabilities focused mainly on checking game results and was inefficient in driving additional revenue. We set out to develop native Android and iOS mobile apps that would serve as a virtual personal assistant to all retail users and, as legislation evolves, go a step further to target online players. The Lottery’s ultimate goal was to increase profits by engaging current users more actively and by reaching new players.
