Since partnering with Scale Army, we've seen tangible, measurable results for our business. Depending on the brand, our goal is typically 4 to 10 new retailers a month, and since bringing on our team members through Scale Army, we've successfully launched over 70 retailers and generated significant revenue as a direct result.

Regarding our graphic design assistant, he has performed exceptionally well. Despite being located overseas, he feels like an immediate colleague, handling everything from video and artificial intelligence to static graphics while actively participating in our team communication channels.

Yes, in fact, if there were any delays or kinks in the process, they came from our team because Scale Army would often deliver faster than we could vet and review. They always had a response same day and delivered candidates in a super-timely manner.

What we found most impressive about Scale Army was that they're USA-based, and they were quickly able to prove they could cut through the noise of hundreds of low-quality, bot-generated applications. They provided a curated list of a handful of highly qualified candidates (complete with resumés, video introductions & portfolios) for each role in just a few days. We also love the trustworthiness and integrity of Joey and the team we work with, which makes partnering with them a no-brainer.

Honestly I can't think of anything Scale Army could have done better. We did learn what we can do better through the process, which is a nice bonus.
