We could not have asked for a better design experience and build quality than what we received at our home while working with Saylee Greer. The initial design is a process! A process which the team walked us through and explained step-by-step. By default, we're picky and opinionated people, but we felt valued and respected through the entire design process. 

Directly after the design process was finalized we asked for a bid for the entire project. We had several landscape companies out and found that Saylee Greer was the only one who could facilitate our entire project without the need to rely on multiple contractors. Having multiple people estimate our project, we had the ability to analyze pricing between all companies and found Saylee Greer to be very comparable to other contractors! 

Our project was large and it took a little over two months from start to finish. The field staff were very courteous, knowledgeable, clean and organized throughout the project. Each morning we were advised when they arrived and at the end of each day all their tools were organized and put in one spot for overnight storage. 

Have had multiple remodeling projects done (both interior and exterior) to many houses we've owned over the years; I've NEVER witnessed jobsite cleanliness and organization like Saylee Greer's team! Overall great experience with this company! We have several more projects to work on in multiple phases and plan to use Saylee Greer for each one! We couldn't be happier.

Deadlines and budgets met with each project milestone. Communication was superb via email, phone and in-person.

None. Over all happiness is off the charts. I've never had such a great experience with a design and build company!
