Sawicki Legal Poland was responsible for preparing or reviewing the documents related to the fundraising at every stage. It mainly comprised of Term Sheets and Investment Agreement with all supporting documentation.

Our SPOC was the Partner who was working with a team of 2-3 people.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Very straightforward communication and helping us focus on really important aspects of the deal allowed us to save a lot of money during the process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have regular weekly updates. There was also a dashboard shared with us where we could track the progress and analyzed documents. The ad-hoc tasks were resolved very quickly and the communication was smooth.

Their understanding of E-commerce business and an uncommon ability to explain complex matters in an approachable manner.

I have not found any.

We also used their help with the ongoing legal support for the purpose of employee agreements, current clients' need, intellectual property law, and around tech and e-commerce projects we've launched in Poland and abroad.

Responsiveness and explaining legal issues in plain language were the biggest values. We ended up with a legal framework, which we upgrade together based on evolving business needs. The legal work was tested on the battlefield and helped us during many complicated situations our company scaling 100% a year encounters.
