We did not have any major concerns with the engagement. As with any recruiting partnership, there is always value in fine-tuning candidate alignment early on, but SaviorHire was receptive, adaptable, and worked closely with us to meet our needs.

I'm the CEO of Double Coconut, a boutique game development studio specializing in crypto, blockchain, mobile, and web games. We serve major brands and clients with expertise in multiplayer and casual game experiences.

We needed help recruiting skilled roles for us, covering game engineering and project management.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SaviorHire helped us recruit experienced Unity engineers, HTML5 engineers, and project managers. The team vetted candidates beforehand, so by the time we spoke to them, they were already verified as a good fit. SaviorHire also helped with negotiating and getting the official acceptance and hire to be official.

SaviorHire provided a good flow of quality candidates for our job requirements. The team was able to find candidates very quickly. Every person we interviewed was solid, and the final hires were all excellent. We ended up hiring five candidates through SaviorHire.
