Integra Consulting is a specialised consulting company in the fields of environmental assessment and sustainable development. DHP Conservation is specialising in the natural environment and sustainable use of natural resources. I'm in executive position in both companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Savage?

The goal of this project was to deliver a professional, consistent, and inspiring look and feel to the INTEGRA Group brand websites (integracons.com & dhpconservation.com) with clear identity, but also having some elements which provide a connection between the entities of the group.

What were your goals for this project?

The primary focus was on providing functional and enticing websites which convey brand values, inform visitors of the scope of work of Integra Group, and showcase a confidence building history.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended us and we were satisfied with their presented work and also with the first personal contact.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They prepared a full websites infrastructure for two fully coded websites with responsive design (optimised for both mobile and desktop). They provided it in a wordpress context. Savage also prepared the content for websites consisting from great illustration package & English text content based upon the existing text provided by us and optimised for SEO. Savage refreshed existing brand materials incl. logos of our companies and provided a brand style guide.

The services were provided by Mr. Henry Ashley-Cooper and Ms. Veronika Vrestalova.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The result is a "wow effect". It helps in our presentation to potential and current clients.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was smooth and friendly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They represent a young team full of enthusiasm and ideas that they can handle very well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It is in the interest of their future clients to get results as soon as possible. Savage team members are too decent, so they are waiting for clients' plans and adapting to them. Few clients, however, give enough time for development activities, so we recommend pushing more, but maintaining a nice and friendly way.

What challenge were you trying to address with Savage?

I needed help with the redesign of a website for a recent project. In particular, I wanted to focus on creating a seamless UX/UI.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I gave Savage an overview of my goals, and they responded with a concept proposal for the site’s user journey and flow. They also delivered some graphics for the website. While I hired another party for web development, Savage engaged with them directly to ensure that the designs were implemented as planned.

We utilized Figma, a tool that made it very easy to communicate. Since collaboration was critical, I really appreciated its ease of use.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two people from Savage’s team.

How did you come to work with Savage?

A friend recommended them to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from August–October 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although the website has gone live, it’s still a work in progress. However, we received very positive feedback from a small test group. Everyone seems to like it.

They went out of their way to make sure that the UX/UI was intuitive and user-friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

How did Savage perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was handled very well. They were proactive about meeting our deadlines and goals.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Personally, I was most taken by how cost-effective they are. I’m a very small company, and they offered a very reasonable price for their services. I really appreciated that they offered a fixed price as opposed to counting work hours. I also enjoyed their creativity and collaborative skill.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. They really did a great job.  

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t hesitate to shoot them an email. They’re very friendly and super responsive. I’m positive that they’ll be able to fulfill your needs.

We were looking to build a full Digital media and brand strategy for a health and wellness service.

What were your goals for this project?

Create an eye catching and easy to understand image for the company that matched our vision.

We were familiar with Henry and Veronika‘s work before they created the Savage consultancy. They've always been a pleasure to work with and we're excited to put them to the test again.

They worked with us to schedule a series of meetings with key stakeholders across our team. From there they set a timeline with goals and milestones that matched our needs. They competed most of their work independently and were diligent to check in and ask important questions and get critical feedback.

And when Veronica led the strategy and design objectives. They collaborated primarily with our principal designer and myself, the CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a new brand starting from zero, their work gave us a huge jump start. Their expertise also filled in the gaps in skills my team did not possess. In the end, their value/cost ratio was easily 5x. We could not have accomplished our goals so fast and so easily without them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow and communication was cleaning effective. We interacted via email and mobile chat to share and discuss ideas and designs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were particularly impressed with their dedication and ambition to go above and beyond our expectations. In the end, they provided a series of bonus works, delivering a complete service package beyond our minimum requirements. Their professionalism and quality will certainly prevent us from looking to anyone else for such a job again.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything can always be done faster, but in the end, the quality was exceptional. I would not ask to rush them.

To review and improve corporate design and to develop new websites.

Both web design and graphic design are at very professional levels. We wanted a better design for our company and got something that definitely surpassed our expectations. We are fully satisfied.

No. we will ask Savage in the future again if wee need such services. For us, it is an excellent partner to work with.
