We decided to work with them because we felt the quality was great. Some of our other vendors had lower costs but had different impacts on the schedule. We were willing to try a higher quality vendor to see if we could get a better product delivered in less time.

We work totally in an Agile way. Technology used Php, my SQL.

Their timing was impeccable. The amount of re-work that needed to be done was far less than in other projects. The client was very happy with the work as well as suggestions given along the way to improve the product.

The most important thing I like about them is they worked with us as a true IT partner. A couple of good suggestions were really impressive. Their communication really stands out. The team’s ability to project what’s going to happen accurately is invaluable. Their developers are of much better quality.

My advice is to them is to keep their engagement level high at all levels.

QA team should know more about the product. Ask a lot of questions. Clients are always willing to help and respond. The only way to get more knowledge about the product is by asking questions.

No assumption. Better to ask even for just confirmation of your understanding.

They could be more proactive on the finetuning side of things.

Following implementation, keeping student records became more transparent and well-organized. Report card preparation time was greatly decreased, and teachers found it easier to update activity participation. As part of the project, an attendance module that could instantly send alerts via the college's mobile app and automatically sync with biometric devices was developed. The system was made to precisely record attendance information, display it on a central dashboard for management, and promptly alert parents to absences or delays. Additionally, it made sure that parents could effortlessly access daily updates and attendance history via the app. The mobile interface, back-end reporting, and biometric hardware were all seamlessly integrated to meet our operational requirements.

We observed a notable decrease in manual errors and attendance tracking delays following the module's implementation. Timely notifications improved parent engagement, and administrative staff said automated reporting saved them time. Faculty and management were able to make well-informed decisions more quickly thanks to the availability of real-time attendance updates.

The Sapphire team has finished the module on schedule by using a methodical approach. They responded quickly to our requests and made the required adjustments. Throughout the development process, there was constant communication, and they were always willing to accept criticism or improve features as necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Are there any areas for improvement or something SAPPHIRESOFTWARE SOLUTIONS could have done differently?

While the module has done well, it would be even better if it gave parents more control over notification settings, such as letting them choose how and when to receive alerts. Additionally, a weekly or monthly summary view within the app might improve faculty and parent visibility.
