The software instantly updates the clients of our company with a predefined and custom message and template facility, supports one to one communication and all types of attachment be it image, documents, or a pdf, stock management module, sending alerts and notifications, using auto generates reports with accurate results.

On the project, there were three to four full-time developers on our projects.

We have saved a significant amount of time as a result of the project. It has reduced our workflow from 20 to roughly five phases, considerably speeding up our operations. Basically this software project consists of all the health related data management along with the employee data management. Health data of employees are managed very smoothly. Data are kept very secured. We made them understand every thing about how we need to manage the software.

At start, one representative from marketing team was in constant touch with our IT and OHC team, and understood our requirements on call and in meetings. Then Support team from Sapphire was introduced where 3 Engineers were involved in requirement gathering and analysis.

All the requirements were then passed to the Sapphire’s Development team, and the software was developed accordingly.

The best result from this project was that our company got a good Support team who is always available if any minimum bugs are found and resolves it quickly. Sapphire team keeps our data privacy and security in priority. Managing the medical data, viewing the reports of medical health check-up became very convenient for us.

Large amount of data can be managed in a single click. Now are very glad that we are able to use this software which has helped us in many ways.

We use to be in contact with the Marketing manager, and technical support team as well. Whatever flow we required for our company, they analyzed it and developed accordingly. There was no lack of communication between our team and Sapphire team. At every stage meeting was held or calls were made, their response was very quick.

The best thing about them is that they are always willing to take on a new requirement no matter how hard it is, and then develop it with the decided timeline.All the team members are efficient enough to understand and develop any major requirements.

Development and changes in software is indeed a process of improvement. The sapphire team is always ready to integrate, and modify the product as needed, based on our recommendations.

At the initial stage, the business development manager was our main point of contact who was constantly in touch with us on call and on online meetings. After that, as per our requirements, one developer lead got involved. Then after an analysis of our requirements, 2 members from the support and testing team got involved.

After delivering this software to our company, I could definitely see the progress in the company such as doctors could manage OPDs, periodic/pre-employment examinations very easily. Keeping track of our employees' health became very easy for us.
