The solution also had automated seating arrangement feature which helped to arrange examination halls in more efficient manner with less manual efforts. In conjunction with this, the mobile application was also integrated so that students and parents can receive exam schedules, seating details, results and notifications directly on their devices. The system was designed around our academic structure and our reporting requirements.

Whole examination work flow became more organized and accurate after implementation. Much less manual work was required to prepare seating arrangements and generate results and a lot of administrative time was saved. They have also created the Admin Panel which is used to manage all users, send notifications to users, adjust service fees, manage complaints and credits. They have also created a custom referral program and integrated it with a local brazilian payments company and also they have integrated the Doctor version with a famous american payment gateway.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All three versions of the app are running smoothly. They are all incredibly stable. After the launch, they demand very little maintenance and when some maintenance is need, it is never something serious that prevents the app from performing its main function.
