A global online survey of 870 cybersecurity professionals across 17 countries. Sapience was responsible for conducting the survey, and ensuring data quality. The deliverable was an SPSS raw data file.

1) The insights that were drawn from the data were very valuable.

2) The continuous progress updates they provided that enabled tracking progress and ensured we were on schedule.

3) The flexibility they have demonstrated in allowing and accommodating scope changes during the project.

They assigned a PM for my project who was very diligent. The PM kept me well informed about the progress of the project, highlighted red flags ahead of time, and had very good communication.

I'm the managing director of Icetulip, an advertising agency. We offer services regionally and internationally.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sapience?

We needed to verify the leads generated from our digital ad campaigns for various clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sapience identifies high-quality leads for us. To verify them, they provide cold calling services. The team then inputs these prospects to our CRM, and we then send the list to our clients. 

They have different strategies depending on the needs of the project. The Sapience team can conduct one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and telephone interviews.

In addition, they've also helped us create consumer profiles for our clients. One of our projects together is for a spice retailer. The Sapience team first conducted market research to understand how people used spices and felt about the client's products. They then delivered customer demographics, how frequently they buy the product, where they typically shop, and so on.

We've worked with a researcher, an account manager, and another teammate.

How did you come to work with Sapience?

A client recommended them to us. We conducted several interviews with different companies and decided to hire Sapience because their quotation was comprehensive.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in January 2019, and it's ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work is excellent. For one of our projects, Sapience has helped us narrow down our list of prospects from 500 to 50. Instead of bombarding our client with hundreds of leads, we've delivered only the high-quality ones.

Additionally, the consumer profiles they provide us help us build ad campaigns for clients. The Sapience team has helped us figure out and understand consumers so that our creatives can better target them. 

With their help, we understand our clients and their markets well. Sapience has really helped us acquire bigger clients. 

How did Sapience perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is good — they've met all our deadlines and communicated very well. We interact through project management software and email. Overall, they've really streamlined the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sapience's vast database of clients is very impressive. They've worked with multinational clients, which helps them provide excellent work. 

Furthermore, the team has steered us in the right direction that's more profitable for our customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could advertise more so more people can avail of their services.
