We partnered with SANDING to support a major transformation of our IT environment as part of integrating our company, ŽELOS, into the German VTG Group.
The project involved a complete transition from a locally managed IT setup to VTG’s corporate standards. This included infrastructure alignment, device standardization, email and identity migration, security alignment, and close coordination with VTG’s central IT team in Germany.
From the beginning, SANDING demonstrated a very strong understanding of both local operational needs and enterprise‑level requirements. They acted as a reliable bridge between our internal team and VTG IT, ensuring that communication was clear, structured, and solution‑oriented.
One of the most critical phases was the migration of user identities and email systems to the VTG Microsoft 365 environment. This was planned in detail, executed in well‑defined phases, and completed with minimal disruption to daily operations. User data, historical emails, and access rights were transferred securely and successfully.
SANDING also supported the standardization of end‑user devices and security policies in line with VTG requirements, while still respecting the realities of a production‑focused environment. Throughout the project, risks were proactively identified, timelines were met, and issues were resolved quickly and professionally.
