I am Founder & Art Director of a graphic design house for corporate publications as well as advertising and marketing of goods and services. I have recently been invited to serve as a social networking consultant to conduct a market survey by a couple of owners in the food and beverages industry. The results of this comprehensive survey will help create a specific scope of business to satisfy the needs of potential customers in the neighbourhood according to their tastes or particular choices of material.

We appointed Nuision Design to construct or modify websites based on our market surveys being tailored to the various needs of business owners to promote their new images and key products.

We seek our vendors/service providers with a number of considerations as follows: 1. Creativity 2. Professional senses or visions 3. Accuracy of presentation 4. Cost-effectiveness in project management

As far as the project scope is concerned, we aim to have a friendly and practical approach reaching out to customers from all walks of life. The message we try to send out is to give what they wish for and what they can afford in their daily lives. After a series of market surveys, we narrow down to certain fusion courses to suit this multi-cultural community and decide on creating commercial names of the signature dishes for quick sale to households and commercial organisations, including delivery service packages according to special occasions in demand.

Compiling all relevant market information about the promotion campaign, several key elements or ideas are to be incorporated in the website to enhance publicity by means of 3-D or embossed graphics, specific text fonts and animated art. The exposure level of such materials is raised up to social media so that people can read our messages simply on their mobile phones or portal electronic devices.

In view of the team management, we have two project directors, one marketing manager as well as three technical officers in charge of surveys, art creations and on-site tests respectively.

Website traffic has gone up by 60% in 30 days, and positive customer feedback on the contents is received from time to time.

The project directors and associates are very efficient and helpful to make this project completed as scheduled and ultimately successful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the creativity and professionalism of Nuision Design in making all things happen. They would advise on the relevance of concepts and the use of acute senses to suit our business culture and project goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Projects always involve multiple parties and unexpected items. Nuision is fast to respond and willing to accept challenges arising from different work partners and scenarios. There should not be more that we could demand as far as the project scope is concerned. If they could have done something differently, they would have been the world champion in a web design competition.

We are a people in crisis charity. We supply education courses and telephone support as our primary services. I am a full-time volunteer who coordinated a web presence in the UK.

We connected with Nuision Design to create a web presence. This was the first face of the project. On the second face, we were shown how to use the platform.

We used Nuision design by word of mouth. We were content with the volume of work and he is interested in the subject matter.

We meet on several occasions to create a brief and understanding of our needs. We were then offered three designs to look through and our board choose one with a few adjustments. The content was our next step we were briefed on what was required to meet our needs and those of online presence such as SEO, and Html rules. We then received educational classes and instruction on how to use the platform, to give us the ability to update freely.

We worked closely with just one person throughout the project design and management.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were no initial deadlines for the project, but the work continued promptly with excellent response time to our inquiries and demands. The project moves faster due to Nuision Design requesting dates, times, and information.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are a charity with a board which has to make decisions and final choices, I believe that it was more Nuision Design patience due to our weekly meeting to move the project further alone we as mentioned received a quick response to all our enquires.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In my personal view for this experience with no prior knowledge of the subject, I felt that there was a personal and sincere want to make this a success for us guiding us through the whole project and advising us at every step of the project. It was a very rewarding experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were very happy with the result obtained.
