We started a big national project and were looking for a provider of web services. On a competitive basis, Sailet has been selected for the job. The goal was to develop an official website for the project from scratch, perform SEO optimization and take care of advertising.

The vendor has been selected on a competitive basis. We've conducted an open competition according to the World Bank regulations. After a long process, based on their experience, quality and price offer, Sailet was selected for the job.

We had to create a website from scratch, and Sailet's expertise has been invaluable in this process. We created a list of requirements and the project was quite complicated since we had many tasks to be performed via the website.

Sailet proposed the best structure for the website, factored in the needs of the project, created a CRM system and took care of all the technical questions that we needed to implement.

A director of Sailet was the main focal point as well as couple of developers who also participated in our meetings sometimes and provided their recommendations for the best solution in our case

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The structure Sailet proposed was very effective, we had access to the website on several levels depending on the needs of each particular employee: Guest, Administrator (with sublevels of accessibility) etc. We only provided Sailet with the content for the website at the start of the project, and later on we managed the content ourselves.

Sailet supported us on every step, they conducted trainings and were in touch with us in all times to assist. We had an ambitious goal for the website, and Sailet was the best choice to make it come true.

We had regular meetings with Sailet to track the progress, they provided us with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports throughout the whole duration of the project. The process was very easy (thanks to the team), very transparent and comfortable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Guys were in touch with us all the time, whenever we needed their help (a few times after midnight). All the issues were resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not recall any significant difficulties working with the team. It's been a very nice experience.

Sailet was selected to develop the corporate platform. This platform was supposed to determine the presence of GAB in the network and make it easy to promote it. In addition, the platform was supposed to automate the interaction with a potential client. The platform must issue a commercial offer at the request of the client.

The decisive factors in choosing a developer were: the experience of the developer, as well as flexibility in negotiations and willingness to solve complex problems.

Technologies were used: Php React Mysql The non-trivial task of parsing data from the bank's website without api was solved.

The project involved 4 people. Coordinated the work of the team-leader. The web-designer was responsible for developing the platform design. The platform was developed by front-end and back-end developers.

The key indicators of the project were: compliance with deadlines, availability of all necessary functions, efficiency and productivity of the platform. All indicators were achieved.

The project was completed completely and on time. Team-lead was constantly in contact with the customer. Responded flexibly to comments and requests. The team is very friendly and customer oriented. To maintain communications, email, instant messengers, and web design and test development applications were used.

I appreciated their willingness to solve all of our problems of any complexity.

There is always an opportunity to learn and develop. Surely Sailet has such capabilities.

In search of real professionals, we considered 7-8 offers, but decided to choose this team, because they have a lot of experience and professional developers

First of all, we needed a new website design, after the design was sent to us for approval, we made a couple of edits and decided to start its layout. (Here I was especially pleased with the speed of work.

Despite the fact that we set extremely tight deadlines, they managed to do everything on time) We gave them access to hosting and domain, and after the layout was completed, the site was ready!

After that, we also edited the site, adding new information about our crypto project. Their team also makes us great banners for posts.

A lot of developers and designers from suppliers worked with us, but to simplify the dialogue, we communicated only with the Project Manager

The new design of our website allowed us to attract the attention of more people to our project. We also received a lot of positive feedback from our community

Thanks to our new website metoshi.com we were able to attract the attention of many people to our crypto project by increasing the conversion rate. We also received a lot of positive feedback from our community about our new website

First of all, I was pleased with the quality of the web design of our site. To be honest, the design is amazing metoshi.com. Their team did all the work in a short time and made all the edits as quickly as possible.

It's really hard to find fault with anything, everything was great!

Initially we had several websites and portals that were not connected with each other. For example, there was a site-service for servicing commercial real estate and a separate service for finding, renting and selling real estate. Therefore, we were faced with the task of creating a portal and mobile App that combines all the bases and services with a convenient UX/UI.

We searched online for outsourcing for this project. This company has been operating for several years on the market and was invited to participate in our project too. Although I have not worked with this company before, I got acquainted with the portfolio and received good feedbacks from colleagues. Also, the financial part was important for us and their offer in relation to other companies was the most advantageous in terms of quality, terms, design skills and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals we provided our business requirements of the portal. After a few days they presented design and technical solutions with deadlines.

Business center manager saves up to 2 hours a day with the help of our module for generating and executing service requests.

We had two stand-ups with their manager? Who communicate with the rest of the team. We used Trello to coordinate with team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The proactivity of its employees, for instance they proposed and developed for us many additional administrative functionality to manage our portal which we didn’t even ask in our requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In general, we were satisfied given the time constraints of this project. We completed the development and implementation on time.

We needed a tool that would evaluate the personalities of our activities’ participants.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sailet built our tool, which allowed us to evaluate a person’s personality. It was available in Russian and English, and users can access it on the web and mobile devices.

First, I discussed to Sailet what I needed the platform to do, touching on the outcomes, results, and inputs. They then designed the app’s UI/UX and handled the entire development process.

We worked together from November 2019–January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were able to use Sailet’s tool in our events successfully. Participants no longer had to do a manual survey, as they could answer questions in advance using the tool. That shortened our events’ durations and simplified our training.

Because of the tool, our participants became more involved and curious, and their engagement in our activities had increased drastically. Initial users said the app was user-friendly, intuitive, and straightforward. 

How did Sailet perform from a project management standpoint?

Sailet delivered the project before our deadline and always completed their tasks ahead of schedule. As a result, we had some free time to make corrections and conduct more tests. We usually communicated using Messenger. 

I was impressed by how fast we developed this tool — it was much speedier than I expected. Communication between our teams was very open and detailed — they would listen to all the details we gave them and proposed improvements.

Sailet kept their commitments and met deadlines, and their work received positive feedback from users.

I can’t think of anything. Sailet had exceeded my expectations.

Our company has tasked "Sailet" team to create a mobile application for our dealers. The main function of the application was to bridge communication gap between vehicle repair shops, oil change stations, and our dealer network.

Additionally, we needed a clear, controlled vehicle for executing service contracts. Besides this, the application implemented a rewards program: our customers accumulate points based on purchases, which later can be exchanged for a free barrel of oil.
