Their communication is a distaster. Their sales person promises things that they clearly have no intention of delivering. The owner talks a lot and tries to brush it all off with empty promises. Stay away...

Marty became a client in the fall of 2024. His business, Life Harmony Energies, sells EMF products. Many companies selling EMF protection products make claims that have not been substantiated scientifically. Some products use pseudo-scientific language or rely on anecdotal evidence to promote their effectiveness. Because of the nature of his products, we got a lot of pushback from publications that were not willing to publish an article about their company. It took a lot more work for us to find publications that were willing to consider an article. We did find several very reputable publications that he turned down. We were in the process of pushing through several articles that he said he would be happy with, but due to the questionable nature of his products it was taking longer than normal for approvals to go live. We always guarantee we will see it through to the end, even when it takes longer than it usually does. He never asked for a refund. We were communicating with him up until two days before he filed a chargeback, wrote us a nasty email and submitted this review. In that strong worded email he told my partner that this would bring us "bad karma" and we would never be successful. We are not a scam. We are professionals that operate in the PR world where sometimes things take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. It can be a nuanced business at times. We would have happily refunded him and halted all work he had requested. He did not. We communicated with him throughout, he just did not like that it was taking longer than expected. Had he communicated with our team better about his displeasure we could have worked to remedy the situation.
