Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Ryse Digital has partnered with us for several years to design the entirety of the user experience for our AI-enabled, EHR-embedded product, HealthVision.  We meet with the team twice weekly to brainstorm, design, and iterate on new product ideas and to design final UI mockups that our engineering team implements.  Ryse joins some of our internal strategy and customer calls to help provide thougthful UX input based on real-world customer problems and supports our engineering team to ensure that we deliver the desired experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our product is in use at several of the country's top healthcare organizations covering dozens of hospitals and caring for millions of patients every year.  We have seen a consistent increase in usage over time, which we attribute to our users' delight in using our platform.  We have presented on this work at several major conferences and have raised tens of millions of dollars in venture capital to support this work, based largely on our investors' appreciate for the vision our platform embodies.  And most importantly, the organizations that use our products have seen notable improvements in patient outcomes, resulting in fewer deaths, readmissions, and other adverse events and a greater focus on providing disproportionate care resources to the patients who need them most.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We have twice-weekly meetings in which we review and iterate on ideas and designs, both very early stage and those that are ready for an engineering handoff.  We request changes and propose ideas over email and in Figma comments.  The team is always incredibly responsive and easy to work with, and so we have limited formal structure or overhead.

The quality of the work is excellent, but most impressive is their thoughtful approach to designing products that solve customer needs and how flexible and creative they are especially early in the process of developing new ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ryse Digital Agency could have done differently?

We've been thrilled with the work from Ryse Digital Agency and can't think of obvious areas for improvement!
