How focused the company was about their communication and intake process. They listened very intently, asked excellent questions, and then used that information to execute meticulously on the deliverables within the boundaries given. They were also very flexible around minor changes and were able to elaborate on their design decisions very deeply when asked. It's very clear that the work they're doing is being done professionally.
