I work as a manager in the support engineering department at a SaaS company.

For what projects/services did your company hire RSI Security?

We needed an up-to-date scan of our whole IT department. RSI Security was able to provide a comprehensive analysis of our whole department and patch up any underlying issues. We also wanted to see if we had any security problems as well, such as vulnerable firewalls and unknown data breaches.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor based on multiple factors. First, their estimates fit within our budget. Also, we were referred by another business who used them as well.

RSI Security analyzed our whole IT department for any underlying issues. After the initial audit, they detected some security issues and were able to fix them. They looked at our whole system, including frameworks.

In all, we worked with about 8 IT people.

As a result of their Audit, our systems ended up being more secure and stable.

In addition to an introductory meeting, we were always able to call someone.

Their attention to detail was impressive. They left no stone unturned when it came to doing their research and fixing the issues.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was hard to leave voicemails for the times we couldn't reach someone.

Our company had been experiencing cybersecurity issues, and we hired RSI Security to help us.

RSI Security provides us with cybersecurity services. They provide data center security, and the team has offered on- and off-site services. 

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with RSI Security’s billing department to set up the plan. Since then, we’ve worked with several technicians from their team.

How did you come to work with RSI Security?

I found them via word of mouth from a friend. After that, I went to their website to see what they had to offer and gave them a call. RSI Security provided me with a rundown of their services and cost. I hired them because they seemed to have had great results with fixing security issues and providing a safe IT environment. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since working with RSI Security, our servers haven’t been hacked, and all of our data has been safe — they’ve kept everything secure. 

How did RSI Security perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform extremely well from a project management perspective; the team works efficiently. We use Asana to manage the project and communicate via email and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

RSI Security excels at customer service. The team always provides the best they can and never leaves us hanging. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’ve done everything right. If anything, they could have a better live chat feature.

RSI Security is a great company that will care for your cybersecurity needs. They’ll keep your company data safe and secure — they’re an all-in-one service.
