 We wanted to refresh our online client portal, including the web and mobile app, to align it with our brand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Rooftop Tech Hub redesigned and developed our client portal, where customers access their account information, view portfolio details, place orders and transfers, and keep their documentation updated, among other features. The team analyzed the portal's overall UX, evaluating the IA, user flows, and data visualization to identify areas for improvement. After that, they created a style guide to ensure alignment with the design direction and developed high-fidelity, responsive designs suitable for the web and app. Once we approved the final design, Rooftop Tech Hub proceeded with the front-end implementation, integrating it with our back-end team.

Rooftop Tech Hub redesigned and rebuilt our website, which had about 40 pages. The team also worked on our onboarding flow and rebranding. Rooftop Tech Hub helped us rethink and redesign the customer experience after purchasing for our current ideal customer profile (ICP). The license purchase happened on the site, and the team worked on the customer flow after that.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have the designs of the website, and new pages were produced and reviewed weekly. However, we don't have any metrics or data that indicate the success of the new website because it hasn't been launched yet. Our expectations for the website's performance once it's launched are a 15% conversion rate, a 50% increase in traffic, and the ability to build an inbound motion piggybacking on the site. 

As the marketing team, we were using the website redesign to Trojan horse a rebrand, all new look and feel, and alignment with the ICP. We faced resistance from leadership as the site needed to maintain performance and its strong conversion rate. We also had some issues with the site itself being built into the app, so there are challenges with traffic and UX. Rooftop Tech Hub was balanced in response, helping to assuage leadership.
