More Proactive Insights – The financial model was thorough, but additional proactive market trend inputs or industry benchmarks could have made the strategic recommendations even stronger.
Early Stakeholder Workshops – A brief workshop at the start to align assumptions with all decision-makers could have streamlined revisions later in the process.
Post-Delivery Support Window – Extending the handover support period would allow more time to test the model with live data and fine-tune it based on actual performance.
