I ll be honest here, as its just 1.5 months since app live. App download is not as expected. We still we following some traditional work flow. Expecting that our users will soon join our digital portals. Yes 50 to 60 percent of our office work is digital now.

Communication tools was Google Planner, Microsoft Teams, and Trello for project work flow and task tracking. Basically i prefer emails to communicate with Project manger. The workflow between our team and theirs was perfect and there were no communication gaps.

Before the team started developing real estate auction software, they provided us with a proper layout that described every functionality and working. They demonstrated app UI before signing the project. And the most impressive is the company is affordable and offer quality work.

The team worked perfectly. However, they can have a emails in place of tools to convey the regular updates. Sometime working with tools isn't easy.
