We opened pizzeria in the middle of the coronavirus lockdown but after consultation with the agency, we decided to start with social media marketing anyway. It gave us results very fast and it seemed that their marketing knowledge combined with a great product (our pizza) resulted in our Pizzeria becoming famous very fast. They engaged our guests to become our ambassadors and user-generated content helped us spread the word very fast. We also learned that reviews are very important for such a business so we followed the strategy from the beginning and managed to collect almost 4000 reviews with a very good 4,8 grade. Our social media community is constantly growing as well.

Social media strategy and social media content lead to constant growth in the number of social media followers, engagement, reach, and most importantly - reviews.

We needed strategy very fast and they delivered it even before the agreed timing. Social media content is always prepared in advance month to month so there's never a problem with delivery on time. The results are much better than expected since the beginning of the cooperation.
