Our digital presence was greatly improved. Ripley regularly got our press releases and news published on a wide range of website over the course of our time working with them. Ripley PR provides full-service support for our heating division at Modine Manufacturing Co. Their scope includes drafting and distributing press releases, securing media placements, coordinating interviews, and helping craft messaging for product launches, trade shows, and strategic campaigns.  They work closely with our internal marketing team to ensure everything aligns with brand goals. 
They manage outreach to HVAC trade publications, track media coverage, and proactively pitch story ideas that position us as the leader in the space.  Key Deliverables: Press release writing and distribution Media outreach and follow-up Trade show PR support (Pre and post show coverage) Interview coordination with key industry outlets Ongoing tracking and reporting of media pickups

Although this isn't a one-off project, we've seen consistent, measurable success through our ongoing partnership with Ripley. They've secured regular media pickups in top-tier HVAC publications, which has helped raise awareness for both our brand and key product lines. 

We've seen a noticeable increase in media visibility around product launches and major trade shows, which has supported our sales and marketing efforts. Their PR reporting helps us track media impressions and coverage frequency.

Riply successfully placed us in key franchise, home services and business related media.  These placements generated momentum for us around both brand awareness in general and inbound leads specifically of candiates interested in opening a franchise with us.

Their meeting were well organized and they delivered projects on time - sometimes faster than their normal turnaround SOPs when needed.  They communicated well around timelines and deliverables and were always collaborative with feedback, and at times around evolving needs on our end.

The team is truly passionate about their work, about their clients' success, and about their team and internal company values, which resonated with me.  They work hard and do good work, they resolve issues when they come up by confronting them transparently, and while they get results, they do so while protecting their team's work life balance (which probably leads to higher quality work). Heather is also just a really good person - someone I'd always be open to working with again or recommending to others.
