I’m the marketing manager of a nutrition company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Right Angle Films?

We needed to be able to showcase our message through video.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They produced an animated brand video of our company that we wanted to display at a trade show. Right Angle was responsible for the music, but we handled the scriptwriting and photography ourselves. The final video was two minutes long.

What is the team composition?

I only worked with one person.

How did you come to work with Right Angle Films?

I was referred to them.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost is around a couple of thousand dollars at this point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2019–January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were pleased with how well the video showcased our brand and message at the trade show.

How did Right Angle Films perform from a project management standpoint?

They were on schedule with the delivery time and provided updates along the way. We communicated through Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work stood out, as did their ability to deliver that quality on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can think of off the top of my head.

Make sure you’re clear on the information that you want the video to communicate.

I was the director of Training and Operations Support for KASKAID Hospitality.

For what projects/services did your company hire Right Angle Films, and what were your goals?

We hired Right Angle for video production work as it related to training and marketing. Our goal was to have professional looking content at a reasonable cost.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having worked with Chais in the past I knew his values were aligned with ours. As we walked through the needs and production steps, i recognized that Chais was open to a collaborative process that ensured the end results worked well for our users (the Staff we were training).

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The process was very straightforward from the training videos to those that supported marketing. From clear goals and outcomes expected in the preplanning, to organized shot lists and daily expectations, Right Angle did a great job of keeping the production on time all the way through the edit. Chais worked wonderfully within our tracking systems to ensure the content was complete and thorough.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked directly with Chais, his feedback and collaboration made it a great experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes drove improvements in our training and staff execution. From greater consistency from our chef's and cooks, through to a more informed service staff, The videos that Right Angle created, were a key part in our brand enhancement.

Chais was easy to communicate with, stayed on task and collaboratively helped us deliver great training content

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personal touch that Chais provided. He made us feel like we were his only client.

Overall no. Just a great experience!
