We were looking to go through a re-brand after refocussing our business strategy and as part of this were looking to create some videos to use on our new website as well as social media to help build our brand as well as highlighting our solution offerings and an easy to understand way for businesses and candidates, as well as attracting talent to our team

We looked for media and video companies who were recommended to us within our sector as well as recommendations via our wider network. Rewind Creative reached out to me after a post on LinkedIn requesting recommendations and following this agreed to speak. After discussing our requirements with 6 companies, we chose Rewind Creative due to timeframes offered, affordable price and a team who were super personable and also understood our requirements from the get-go

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started with a meeting to discuss our requirements, purposes of the video, our rebrand focus, timelines and key topics we were looking to cover. They provided us a week by week timeline from start to completion, assisted in some of the scripting, suggesting further topics which could be included for social channels and consulted with us throughout this planning phase.

The day of shooting, the team made our team in front of the camera feel really relaxed, they had the plan of the day ready for us to go through and it ran seamlessly. Following this, we received the first edited video to confirm we were happy with overall structure/feel, music, branding etc. before proceeding with further edits.

When all videos were completed, we took the time to review, request any edits, which were made within 48 hours until we had agreed we were happy with final outcome. We were provided with videos which could be used across various channels

We worked with their Client Services Director (Hannah) who had reached out to me initially and helped with the overall planning of the day, along with Matthew, the Managing Director who also worked with us throughout requirements, planning, filming, through to final edits. Their Junior Designer, Maisie was our main point of contact through editing and across all of these 3 team members feedback and communication was seamless, with quick responses to any queries or requests

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have shown a number of our immediate network the videos and feedback has been really positive, both in the quality of the footage received as well as the clear, simple messaging which Rewind Creative managed to capture on the day of filming.

Kick-off documentation , project planning and video edits were all shared via Google Drive, which was easily accessible by team members involved. Most communication was made via email outside of this, however a whatsapp group was also created for any minor queries/questions/requests which was great

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were really quick to understand our requirements and work with us to help us to understand what would enhance our final video edits. Their communication was excellent and they were really personable and easy to get along with, they helped create a relaxed environment, making the day of shooting less stressful for those who were less keen to be in front of a camera.

Honestly, I wouldn't change anything at all. From the initial outreach through to completion, the experience and service were great.

We spoke to a number of agencies and asked them all to present a proposed plan of action based on our initial discussions. We wanted to partner with an agency that understand our long term visions as a brand and could provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.

Rewind spend a couple of weeks really deep diving into our business. They spent time understanding our historical data and identifying gaps. They then put together a proposal that focused on the areas we could quickly affect change in, whilst building out a long term strategy to achieve our objectives. The initial focus has been on Facebook/Instagram and Google ads but we are working towards introducing new channels.

We work closely with Hannah, our account manager and have had involvement from Matthew, the CEO too. Overall the team is very involved and always on hadn't to provide us with resources as and when they're needed.

Whilst we are still pretty early in our working relationship, we have already seen great results. Rewind has helped us with the launch of our new website and the launch with Sainsbury's and we are seeing positive early results

We share a slack channel and are in constant communication, supported by weekly catch-ups to go over results and targets etc. I would say the workflow is seamless and efficient

The audit was very thorough and valuable. It was clearly written and gave us a road map to improvement.

The project involved many meetings to enable us to describe our vision. Rewind Creative were keen to listen and make suggestions based on our requests. During each step, we were in direct contact with the team at Rewind, who assisted with our digital vision.

We have seen a surge in digital activity compared to previously as well as more leads and punchy content. Although we are early days, we feel confident that we made the right choice.

The workflow has been relatively seamless and it feels as though the team at Rewind have integrated into our team and both companies have an excellent rapport and are comfortable having communications amongst each other. The team at Rewind are very efficient and have a very dynamic approach.

I'm the owner of a commercial surfacing company, based in the West Midlands, and fulfilling large scale tarmacking and surfacing contracts for local authorities and small businesses.

As a new company, we needed our brand identity creating, including our logo and brand guidelines, as well as a website and suite of digital marketing activity to start building traction for the brand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Rewind Creative had already completed some works, including a website and logo, for a connection of mine in the same industry so I already knew the quality was high and that they were familiar with the sector and how it works.

Firstly, I had a meeting with the team in their office to discuss my vision for the company, the branding and identity I wanted to create. They listened and took everything I said on board, and within a couple of weeks, presented me with a number of logo designs and branding options to choose from.

After selecting the chosen logo and branding, of which the team were happy to make alterations to based on my preferences, the project moved onto the website build and design. The team discussed with me the information that I wanted included on there, number of pages and any other specifications or functions that i had in mind.

Following this, I was given a wireframe of the designed website to review which I signed off immediately. The build then just took a matter of weeks, and even included SEO to ensure that it would have the best chance possible competing with local businesses whose websites had been live for a long time.

Once the website was live, the team started on the digital marketing activities which included building up customer reviews on websites like Google and Trustpilot, and social media activity including engaging with local community groups to increase reach and using Facebook ads to generate leads with the target audience.

Within a couple of weeks, the website and ads were generating quality leads of customers looking to obtain quotes for their projects. The team have always gone the extra mile, offered new ideas and opportunities that they see bringing a return, and even supported me with my personal branding as a new business owner to raise my own profile and build a strong network to promote my vision and company objectives to.

The key deliverables of the project have always been delivered on time and to an extremely high standard, with the team always on hand to give support and guidance on areas that I'm not so familiar with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Despite being a new business and website, Rewind Creative have already achieved leads for the business in the first 2 months through their targeted paid social campaign to drive interest from key audience groups. They've also succeeded in supporting local SEO activity, with the website ranking for local search terms.

They have also built up an engaged community on Facebook, with over 30,000 impressions in 2 months and continuous growth. Overall, I have been consistently impressed by the quality of work Rewind Creative has produced, their understanding of the sector and my vision and their continuous ideas and strategies to support growth and results. I've felt that they are always willing to go the extra mile and are genuine in supporting my business to succeed.

Communication has always been effective with the team, I have a group WhatsApp chat so that I can speak to any relevant team member at any time during the week and know that I'll get a fast response. It also allows me to easily share photos of ongoing and completed projects with them to use in marketing materials, with no added hassle for me at all.

As they are also based in the local area, I've been able to go into the office for updates and meetings when needed, and when they want to present their work and ideas to me. This has always been managed extremely well, with the team being very accommodating and compliant with social distancing guidelines.

They are able to meet all my digital marketing needs in one team and offer their insights and experience to ensure that the strategy is shaped and ever-growing to achieve the most success and results.

They are always providing me with new ideas or solutions, and are always at the end of the phone if I need support. They've gone the extra mile in the work that they've done for me, and even helped me with my personal branding online so that I can build up a strong network of connections to support business opportunities.

I am a Director of Shire Healthcare and Homecare Services - a specialist provider of domiciliary, health and social care professionals across the country. Our Homecare division specifically targets Hertfordshire and provides tailored packages of care to vulnerable adults living in their own accommodation. Our support can range from 1 hour a week, to specialist 24 hour care.

Currently, we are providing 3,000 hours of care each week. Our Healthcare division places healthcare professionals into permanent placements across the country and more recently, in New Zealand. In addition, we have a social care division specialising in residential positions.

During our early years, our website was basic in terms of it's functionality. A complete website redesign was always a project we knew we would need to tackle but with no experience in marketing, media or digital, we expected the cost to outweigh the effectiveness so it was delayed for years. All areas of Shire started to significantly grow early 2020 and our need for a more inclusive website because a must.

Another Director initially engaged with Rewind Creative and as well as 10+ other companies. Rewind Creative stood out due to their professional, helpful and friendly attitude and their was no question of not engaging with Rewind Creative after our initial conversation.

As a smaller company, it was important we were able to have contact with the developers - being able to speak and interact at short notice was important. Our points of contact were not only approachable, I was surprised at the level of time they were able to devote to us during all stages of the consultation, design and roll-out. It was clear very early on, they understood our vision, ethos and what we were trying to build through visuals and marketing. Rewind Creative had everything we wanted and needed and beat their competition in every area.

Initially, a meeting was held to discuss our aims, wants, needs and goals. Their skillful questioning made it easy to explain what we needed and how we wanted the website to look. After the initial meeting, a wireframe was completed which far exceeded our expectations. Thereafter, we were consulted at every stage and given the opportunity to make and suggest changes.

Once our website went live, we promoted their incredible work across all our social media platforms. We saw: • 160% conversion rate increase • 91% increase in average monthly traffic We also received an increase in use of the contacts page which we believe to be due to how incredibly user friendly the site it.

I was impressed with how well the team communicated with us. At no point did we need to chase or complain about lack of contact. Nothing was too much and everything we asked for, was achieved. Our launch was delayed but this was due to a particular page proving difficult based on our spec.

Many elements of their process make them unique. Their price point is very well placed and costs were clearly explained prior to any work commencing. Their on-going communication made me feel at ease and I was able to build trust quickly. Nothing was too much and they were always happy to help, regardless of how difficult our requests were to achieve.

No. We felt that the service and the finished product exceeded our expectations. There are no recommendation or improvements needed.

The team also generates leads, produces content on a monthly basis, writes blogs, improves our Pinterest rating, works with franchisees to do their marketing, creates a cohesive brand using materials from France, Belgium, and the UK, performs audits on our current situation, and redesigns the franchise prospectus.

In terms of content, Rewind Creative produces videos, carousels, reels, and static posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Rewind Creative's work has resulted in follower and post activity increases. The team has also succeeded in lead generation, as we've seen our leads go from 2–3 leads a month to, at its peak, about 15 leads a month.
