They were the only solution that helped us get out of spam jail and achieve our goal deliverability rates after countless tries with other companies and methods. For the past year, we have attained many milestones together, from deliverability and inbox placement to audits in order to optimize our program to launching new email initiatives, all with Resolute's support. Their team arranges recurring meetings that are filled with data-driven insights about the health of our program and actionable steps on how we can improve. We greatly appreciate their willingness to treat our program like their own. Deliverables have always been on time. Bi-weekly meetings to ensure both teams are up to date on the latest projects. We communicated in these virual meetings as well as on Slack about any needs or questions I had. They are always supportive and answer my questions in great detail and length where it is easy to understand. They truly care about our business and I can tell from their answers to my questions and attentiveness to detail.

After spending a very, very long time trying to get our email program out of the gutter, Resolute was a god-sent. They were the only solution that helped us get out of spam jail, and they did so in such little time. They are experts at what they do, and it shows in their deliverables and in the way they communicate with knowledge and grace. I would recommend Resolute to anyone with email deliverability issues, or anyone who wants to bounce strategy ideas with highly equipped and knowledgeable professionals in the email space.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Resolute Email Marketing Solutions LLC could have done differently?

I have no complaints. I only wish they had an office in the States so our timings would be more in sync. But to be very honest, it doesn't even feel like they are around the world because they are working very late hours in their respective location just to be available for US companies. Props to them for being so commited!
