The team also worked on-page elements (title, metadata, and H1) rehaul, existing and new product search recommendations, editorial content audit and re-publishing, new editorial cornerstone content ideas and research, direct content publishing, and content production.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Re:signal's work improved our site's performance, keyword tracking, traffic, and conversions. The team treated the work as making improvements to the user experience and technical proficiency first and foremost, with measurable improvements as an added bonus. We also saw improvements in keyword rank, content consumption, pages ranked, and Google Search Console index improvements.

How did Re:signal perform from a project management standpoint?

Re:signal's solid project management was core to their approach. We communicated via video calls, email, trello and slack (they were happy to use all services we were already using)

What did you find most impressive about them?

Compared to previous SEO firms we have worked with, the overall skill and knowledge of Re:signal's team was very high. More improtantly we retained the same experienced team members for the duration of the project rather than working with an experienced team first and then being passed on to less experienced team members.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would have liked to see more specific direct cause and effect reporting on actions taken, mainly to be able to report back to team members on how their individual work is having an impact, rather than the wider view of overall work.
