I am the President of a full service marketing and research consulting firm specializing in business retention.

For what projects/services did your company hire Researchscape International, and what were your goals?

We were resource challenged and facing an immovable deadline. Researchscape came to our rescue with expertise in custom scripting of the Alchemer Application.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Researchscape was recommended to us by the consultants at Alchemer. We did not do any competitive analysis as we were in a time crunch. Even if we had compared them to others, we now know that Researchscape would be our BEST option!

Researchscape provided custom scripting of complex options throughout a sophisticated assessment of use cases and demography for development and deployment of a digital product to be used by senior level Government.

Our first contact was Tony Cheevers and he took immediate action. From then on, we worked directly with Senior Programmer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were completely satisfied with our experience and fully intend to continue working with Researchscape when the opportunity arises.

We communicated via email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and telephone. All inquiries were answered promptly and with great empathy for the stress of the situation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Can-do attitude and thoughtful guidance through a process that was complicated.  Researchscape International came to the rescue. Tony Cheevers took ownership of creating solutions, and the rest of the team jumped in to deliver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.

I’m the CEO of Mission Control Marketing, a full-service marketing agency.

We needed to do different types of market research so we sought Researchscape’s expertise.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Researchscape conducts surveys of consumers and professionals, depending on the intelligence, data, or insight that we need. Their team also uses different approaches depending on our goal. They then give us guidance and consulting based on their findings.

Our conversations are mostly remote, but there are times when we meet in person.

I have worked with the three different founders of Researchscape and a couple of other people.

I've met them through a professional association.

Over the course of four years, we've invested more than $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2017, and our partnership is ongoing.

Researchscape’s work has given us great intelligence and actionable insight. We’ve been able to help clients grow their business by heightening their awareness of industry trends and important data.

How did Researchscape International perform from a project management standpoint?

They are excellent at meeting deadlines and staying within budget. We usually communicate through email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Researchscape goes above and beyond compared to other service providers. Their team puts a lot of effort into every single project to make sure that the outcomes are as polished as possible, that the insights they gain are actionable and great to build advice around, and that anything we do or venture into is successful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they could do better. They’re already better than any of their competitors. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to ask a lot of questions to really understand all of the data that Researchscape will give to you. Oftentimes, they will give you much more than you ask for, so it’s important that you uncover the immediate and additional applications of that data.

We're big believers in the use of credible, smart and focused research to support our clients' business objectives and campaigns. Researchscape has supported us in a variety of campaigns and projects from omnibus to dedicated surveys to b2b and house list surveys. In each case, we're looking for marketplace input to issues critical to our clients' businesses.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Met Researchscape through an introduction by an industry friend. We asked him who the quality providers were; Researchscape was #1 on his referral list.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Scope of work, for each project, ranges from a meeting to discuss our objectives, goals and "headlines" we hope to project from the incoming data. From there, we collaborate with Researchscape to review/edit/polish our questions, test the survey, field it, deliver the results with understandable and highly graphical charts.

As part of its service, they offer to meet for "free" to review the findings and explain them in greater detail -- including relevant crosstabs. Finally, when we produce the final deliverables for our clients -- press releases, graphics, articles and more -- Researchscape reviews the content to make sure we have properly cited the data. It's a great all-in service and all at the price of self-serve.

What was the team composition?

Our projects are supported from the chief research officer, to the back-end team and the chief customer success officer. They are all in for our projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our survey results have helped increase our client's media coverage by more than 25% and supported the use of smart graphics and infographics. In 2021, we've earned three industry awards for campaigns that were heavily supported by Researchscape.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Researchscape team works alongside our team and our clients' team collaboratively -- no hidden person behind the curtain. They are hands-on, proactive and supportive of our entire project needs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are a research professional and cost-effective team with clean project management skills and great outputs.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

The relationship has been strong and mutually supportive. Just hope the quality and customer-centric focus continues as the focus of their business.

We wanted to perform an annual survey of 500 IT professionals at companies in the USA with more than 50 employees

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had used them before and were pleased with the results

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We updated last year's questions, reviewed them together and then they built the online questionnaire. After discussing the interim results, they produced the Excel table and reports with charts in PPT and Word.
