I'm the Director of Marketing at a fitness studio marketing agency. We help fitness studios & gyms grow through advanced advertising, as well as provide the best business and community training in the industry.

We were offered a performance-based search and things went well with the first candidate so we decided to move forward.

We actively work with remote tal to build out remote employees across various departments. We scheduled a kick-off call to understand the needs, skillsets, and qualifications of each position. They then sourced qualified candidates and informed us of the progress along the way.

A full recruitment process was done from identifying the need, describing the position, level of experiences, market salaries, and then sending us vetted candidates to go throw together, and deciding who to interview, later scheduling the interviews, follow-ups, feedbacks, negotiation with the prospective contractors and in the end even finalizing the contract agreement as well.

We were able to build a solid team of remote employees so far. We will continue to expand with the help of remote tal.
