We contacted Remotesome to help us with filling our vacancy for a frontend engineer. We were specifically looking to find a remote engineer who would be coming from our region, so we could meet this person in our office from time to time. Remotesome helped us not only fill this position, but also provide us with a DEI candidate who we had a long wish to add to our growing technical team. Working with them was great. With 1 week they have provided us with 5 quality candidates and with including our interview process we were able to close this vacancy within a month!

• Hired 2 frontend engineers, 1 of those candidates was also a female engineer which helped us bring diversity into our team 
• They saved us time spent interviewing and sourcing candidates

Remotesome was surprisingly quick with setting up a pipeline of relevant candidates. They were always supportive and helped us guide through the hiring process with candidates making sure everything was well organized and planned.

Their ability to quickly identify & pre-vet candidates. We weren't expecting that the they will build a pipeline of qualified candidates for frontend quickly. What also stands out is their in-depth technical understanding of our needs and providing such candidates as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Remotesome could have done differently?

We had a great time working with them and they have exceeded our expectations for working with us.

As a startup, we needed to assemble a core engineering team for a FinTech startup quickly. Given prior success working together on other projects, Remotesome was a top choice for finding engineers to scale the team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed to build a core senior-level engineering team with prior experience working in startups. Our goal was to quickly assemble an experienced team that would help us build the underlying infrastructure for our FinTech product. Remotesome took the challenge and consistently provided us with talented candidates. With their extended vetting process and extended reports, they have saved hours of our time to introduce us to relevant candidates. 

Working continuously we have hired: 

• 3 backend Java engineers 
• Saved 100+ hours on interviews and sourcing 
• Hired a core team within 2months 
• Increased our team with 4 more members in the next few months

We approached Remotesome intending to build out the engineering team for a FinTech startup. Our key challenge was building a team quickly and hiring a core team of 6 engineers. Remotesome took our challenge seriously and adopted the search and selection process to a level that helped us talk only with the best candidates for the roles we were looking for.
