I was the CEO and chairwoman of the board of a midsized bank until the bank was bought by a larger institution in 2020.

We were looking to establish a strong local presence and brand in our core markets within Florida. Our goal was to sign up new accounts.

How did you select this vendor?

A colleague had been talking to me about remnant marketing for a few years. I always thought that TV and radio would be good for the bank, but did not like the high costs. The Remnant Agency allowed us to get on those traditional channels in the most efficient way.

From the start, the value add was clear. We wanted to get on traditional media within our budget and The Remnant Agency had a path forward for us to do that. The relationship started with an initial discovery call where we talked about our client profile, our budget, and our KPIs. The Remnant Agency then created a plan and presented it to us. After that point, we met twice per month to discuss results and optimization opportunities. We were constantly testing different channels, markets, and creative messages.

We primarily worked with an account executive and one of the owners of The Remnant Agency was always on our bi-weekly calls. Once per quarter, we met with the creative team at The Remnant Agency to discuss ongoing creative ideas.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project was a huge success. Our market share within the target areas increased dramatically, as did our total number of accounts and loans within those markets.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met once per week for the first 2 months, then twice per month. An owner was on every call alongside the account executive. My team also communicated via email and text message and had answers back within minutes, even on weekends.

Their unique market position is why we chose them, but the level of service and ROI is what kept our business.

The Remnant Agency managed all of our paid media. They did our SEM, Social, TV, Radio and Billboard. Everything is tracked and measured using various technologies. They also ran demand generation strategy across several of our key brands.

We worked with an AE and a partner of the agency and occasionally other team members when focused on certain projects

We grew our business by roughly 200% each year since we started work with the team at remnant agency. We're consistently on CPA target and always testing new channels.

AMAZING. We meet weekly for status calls, and probably an extra few times a month to talk about new ideas and optimizations.

really it's two things. Their team is gritty — they just keep pushing until the day is won. Secondly they are loyal partners - they actively look for ways to save us our hard earned dollars.

The Remnant Agency created a TV commercial, radio ad, and billboard design for our clinics. Then, they planned and placed the media buys for a 3 month campaign. Finally, we debriefed on performance with a campaign wrap up.

I worked with an account executive who occasionally brought in creatives and media buyers to detail the progress of the work and to understand our business.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our clinics saw increases across the board. We saw new client sign ups increase, saw appointment cancellations decrease, and saw long-term clients book follow up appointments without us calling them.

I was most impressed with the speed that The Remnant Agency works at. From first call to campaign launch was a total of 3 weeks. They were communicative and did not shy away from issues that rose from new initiatives.
