I’m the CTO for a technology company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reliable Group?

We needed help with website development and design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work with Reliable Group to build applications, websites, and custom software. Initially, we had a client that needed a web portal for their business, and we used them for that. They also did an internal project for us, a ticketing system that we used to run the business for many years. Clients had access to it, and it showed metrics and reporting.

When we work with them on internal or client projects, we first explain what we want, and then they ask fantastic questions to get us to the right place. After that, their team starts creating solutions, and they take it one step further, making them even better. Additionally, Reliable Group has implemented designs and suggested improvements for functionality. They usually make sure that the products are web-based, on the cloud, scalable, intuitive, and easy to use. They also provide maintenance and support.

What is the team composition?

It depends on the project. We have almost 20 people for the project we’re working on right now, but we had around 10 people for the one we did internally. Also, we have a main point of contact.

Someone I knew recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $1.2 million at least.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2014, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re professional and forward-thinking. Reliable Group is one step ahead, and they take a vision and create realities from it. For example, they knocked the web portal project out of the park and did such a great job that the client spent about $9 million more on other projects with us last year.

We’ve been in business with them for about eight years, and we’ve won awards because of them. One of our clients won Microsoft’s technology award thanks to Reliable Group — they’ve always done an amazing job. Moreover, we’ve grown quickly due to them. We became number 2,422 in the 5,000 fastest growing companies in the US, so they’ve helped us scale.

How did Reliable Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is excellent. We do weekly meetings and use project management and invoicing systems when we need to.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand the customer’s needs and translate them into a product that goes above and beyond what was originally described.

we able to start project soon as they delivered business management solution on time. and within 4 months we able to reduce the load that used to come on our site to handle customer queries.was automated.
