We had a tool that helped create a better and more in-depth medical understanding, and we wanted to promote it through advertising, PR, and social media management (SMM).

Reichl und Partner Werbeagentur GmbH provides us with digital advertising, PR, and SMM services — they mainly focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other classical networking platforms, like P2P marketing with the medical community through editorial content.
To jumpstart every sprint, we do a briefing exercise with constant feedback to see what works, what doesn’t, and what we can improve.

Project management is great; they’re good at tasking and going above and beyond our requirements by trying to look at the bigger picture. In addition, they politely remind us when something’s missing and tell us what we can improve to make a better impact on our business. Regarding tools, we use Asana and Metatask.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They provide 24/7 support — if we message them on a Saturday, we get a reply.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they could improve on so far.
