During covid lockdown, we got a chance to review our operations and positioning and in that process, we realized our positioning in the market needed a refresh to attract the right clientele. The objective of the project was to update our brand and company website to align with the desired positioning

A fresh new company brand and positioning plus a contemporary website that represented the company better in the market

Very hands-on, they pushed us out of our comfort zone and challenged us to consider things we hadn't thought of. They stuck to the deadlines and where there were delays, the communication was proactive.

Refresh developed a responsive microsite as a digital platform for the agent to present both the company and their credentials to prospective clients.

We chose Refresh based on their skills and cost estimate

We had a kick off meeting to establish the goal and objective of the project. We provided designs and an API for the dynamic content. Refresh developed the responsive site against the designs, utilising an API to incorporate agent details and images. The site also has a content managed system for copy updates so that we can manage this ourselves going forward. Refresh did full end 2 end testing across all browsers and platforms and a training session on the backend. They were also responsible for deployment and ongoing monitoring of the site. ,

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Agents love the functionality and being able to digitally share their credentials to prospective clients to secure the mandate

We had a kick off meeting with Andrew and he defined the ways of working and provided regular updates. We used Slack and Asana to communicate and log and manage all the tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Refresh have good processes and systems in place from initiation to delivery of a project and are excellent at providing updates and communicating along the way. They provide realistic deadlines, deliver on time and according to spec.

Nothing I can think of at this time.

The projects worked on ranged from Crypto projects to Document scanning projects. Refresh took us through the design process. From selecting fonts and colours to low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity designs that our developers could use and turn into a reality.

We worked directly with a member of the design studio who took us through the entire journey.

We were very happy with the results of the design process. The clients like the designs and the development team found them great to implement.
