I hired Refraxon to make the data-driven UX/UI design for my website, even though it's not an e-commerce platform for selling devices online. Instead, our website plays a crucial role in driving sales and establishing trust with our customers (anaesthesiologists).

The project is related to showing the Smart Energy Meter's readings in real-time in a mobile application. We contacted Refraxon for the UI/UX design of the mobile application. The main scope of work was the following

1. Understanding the application from the company's perspective
2. Knowing the users/customers
3. Market Research
4. Competitor's analysis
5. Optimized User flow considering the User experience
6. Selecting the theme and design based on the modern design approach
7. Proper organization of screens for showing the information in a concise format
8. Showing the graphical information in an interactive manner

3. Logo and icons used in the app
4. The design file that can directly be utilized by the App developer

The measurable outcomes from the project include

1. The confidence and trust in the product increased since the user-friendliness will allow us to reach to a larger customer base.
2. Received few positive comments while pitching to new customers and investors
3. Became a convenient and powerful way of representing the company's core strength in their domain.

The project management was awesome. With a team of 5-10 people working remotely, they were able to deliver all the items on time and meet the deadlines. There were a few design iterations that they went through, and they were able to do that in time.

Even after the completion of the project, we asked for a few changes suggested by the app developer, They were open to the new suggestions and took it positively and implemented those changes without charging even an extra penny. All the requirements from our side were satisfied. Moreover, they gave honest feedback on some of the questions we had. Since we had to coordinate virtually, the team also adjusted to work flexibly on a couple of occasions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Though the company is quite in an early stage, the amount of expertise the individuals have in their respective domains is commendable. We really felt that their way of working reflected their ethics, culture, and values. They believe in establishing and following a system to achieve goals and meet deadlines which we felt quite unique in today's world.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Refraxon could have done differently?

This question really puts me in contemplation mode as I have to think of something that I can advise them to improve. Still, to put it formally, I would like them to invest in their own marketing and publicize themselves as I see a lot of potential in the team and they could serve a large audience with their extraordinary skillset.

This review is also a kind of testimonial that serves the same purpose. With faith in the company, we will be giving them further projects related to UI/UX design to them.
